Create an account in our online store. You're instantly a Merino Club member and get 500 welcome points in your account.
2. Earn points
You get 10 points for every euro you spend – online and by showing your membership card in our stores. You can earn extra points from product reviews and by referring a friend, for example.
3. Use your points
Exchange your points for a discount code or free shipping in your account and use the code on your next purchase – also on Club Days.

Your membership has three tiers. Your tier is based on your purchases during the year and is valid for one year from when you reach it.

- 100 bonus points when you reach the tier

Your Merino Club benefits come with you to our Helsinki store and our Oulu factory outlet.
Save your digital membership card to your phone's wallet and show its QR code at the checkout. This way, your in-store purchases earn points too.

- Open your loyalty details and select QR code.

Is Merino Club membership free?
Yes. Joining and membership are free. You also get 500 welcome points when you join.
I already have a customer account. Do I need to join separately?
No. If you have a customer account in our online store, you're already a Merino Club member. Log in to see your points and membership tier.
How do I earn points?
You get 10 points for every euro you spend in our online store, and in our stores when you show your membership card. On the Extra Merino tier you get 25% more points and on the VIP Merino tier 50% more. You also earn points from product reviews, your third purchase and by recommending North Outdoor to a friend.
How do I get the Club Days member benefit?
Log in to your customer account before going to checkout. The member discount is applied automatically. In our stores, you get the benefit by showing your membership card.
Can I use points on Club Days?
Yes. You can use a discount code redeemed with points together with the Club Days member price.
How long are my points valid?
Points are valid for 12 months, and the period starts again every time you earn or use points. We'll remind you by email 30 days before your points expire.
