I have bought merino wool socks from many different brands for my children, even expensive ones, and these are definitely the best: nicely thick and they last from year to year. I take one size range larger than the child's foot size so they are sure not to feel tight, and it's easy for the child to pull them on by themselves. Highly recommend these

My child likes wearing these in winter, toes don't get cold and they are pleasantly soft and don't itch at all.

My child fell in love with the socks so much that it's hard to get them into the wash. The cuff doesn't squeeze, yet the sock doesn't roll down. Really good, especially for wearing in ice skates.
